Andrew Hofmeyr is rehabilitating the Masbiekers Valley in Swellendam. It was an overgrown gum tree forest, unloved and unused. He along with some of the local community, are creating a public outdoor land art space. Folks are there most days, carving sculptures, planting trees and making beautiful. Turning an abandoned part of the earth into a magical place.

Andrew needed a logo for the MVP, so he asked us to help him create one. He is an accomplished artist, so we told him to inspire us, by drawing what he imagined the logo for the valley should be. You can see that beautiful Paradise Flycatcher illustration in the second photo. We took that illustration and created a graphic version of it. A device that can be used across many iterations and at various sizes.
We dig it. He does too.
